Who we are

Lesole Civils is 100% Black Owned Enterprise; Level 1 BBEEE Contributor.

Lesole Civils consist of two divisions:

1. Telecommunication Division – We do Telecommunication Infrastructure Built, Maintenance and Upgrades

2. Civil Engineering Division – We specialize in Civil Construction Work, Infrastructure Build and Rehabilitation.

OUR PEOPLE

Our employment/recruitment system is biased towards the young inexperienced graduates, and the unqualified disadvantaged youth. 

Employees are trained and empowered to grow, master skills and specialise in different disciplines within the company.

Our training involves individual rehabilitation processes aimed at creating socially responsible citizens with assertive values.

We pride ourselves in the young men and women that we have groomed who have now assumed positions of leadership in their disciplines.

In the Civil Engineering Department, we have raised Artisans, Foremen, Supervisors and competent technicians, Team Leaders, and supervisors in other divisions.
